He was married to Carolyn Venora Saumate on August 21,1965
Billy had a career in Computer Engineering and worked for many different companies. He had a passion for computers.
He was survived by his wife Carolyn, son Bennett, daughter in-law Angela , grandchildren, Saysha Teeter, Clint Ingram, Eli Garza, Lorden Garvin, Tyler Garvin, Marcus Garvin, Logan Garvin.
