He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather to all that knew and loved him. He was born on September 2, 1933, in Abilene, Texas to Gene and Eva Mae Morrison.
Bill started his career with Millers Mutual Fire Insurance Company in 1956. He later joined Producers Exchange Management Company, ascending to President & CEO before his retirement. Bill was a private pilot and owned many different aircraft during his flying days.
“Pop”, as he was affectionately called for the last 37 years, had many loves during his life; flying, golf, business--but none greater than his beloved wife of 53 years, Lola, whom he is survived by.
He also leaves behind his sons Jeff Morrison and wife Sandy, Brett Morrison and wife Sheri, granddaughters Cortney Bohannon and husband, Tommy; Sara Tynan and husband Seth and great-grandchildren Avery, Stella, and Sage. Bill is also survived by his brother Gary Morrison and wife Terry, and many other nephews and nieces.
The funeral Service (Graveside Only) will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park.
