Bryan Wesley Tolar passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016, after a long battle with health issues. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Thursday at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Wesley was born on July 31, 1959, to Dale and Merle Tolar in Fort Worth. Wesley had a natural green thumb and was a natural mechanic. He was a past member of the IUEC Local 21. Those preceding him in passing are: brothers, Russell Tolar and Dale Tolar Jr.; maternal grandparents, Joe and Ruth Baker; paternal grandparents; Helen and Joe Mullins. Survivors: Parents, Dale and Merle Tolar; siblings, Devan Tolar (Thea), Terry Stribling (Brian) and Belinda Hernley; numerous nieces and nephews.
