Doris A Frank

She was born in Fort Worth TX on May 18th 1954 to Dorothy and Bobby Ford, and grew up in Bedford TX attending Trinity High School before starting a 20+ year career at the Tarrant County District Attorneys Office as a Grand Jury Coordinator.

Doris married Steve Frank on June 9th 1984 surrounded by friends and family at the Forth Worth Botanical Garden. Doris was a devoted Christian who cherished her Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ. She attended Pipeline Church of Hurst TX and took solace in knowing the Lord was watching over her. She and Steve often traveled with family and friends to Colorado to camp and ride their motorcycle while escaping the Texas heat. When not traveling, Doris also enjoyed spending her time with her family at their lake house on Possum Kingdom Lake swimming, boating, playing Skip-Bo and hiking with her grandchildren. She cherished every moment she had with her family.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Bobby Ford, who she will meet again in Heaven, and is survived by her loving husband Steve, daughter Stephanie, and son Ryan (Amy). Her grandchildren Nolan, Brady, Brylynn and Ava and her brothers Kenneth Ford and Keith(Lawana) Ford, Brother-in-law Thomas (Diane) and several nieces and nephews who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.

Funeral arrangements will be held at 10:30am on December 17, 2024 at Bluebonnet Hill Funeral Home in Colleyville TX.
