

Eddie was born on November 3, 1932 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was the son of Floyd and Nola Belle Wilson. Eddie was raised with two sisters Helen and Marlana.
Eddie exchanged wedding vows with Linda Sue Barnes. They were married for 45 years.
Eddie worked hard to be a good father to his children and he did his best to fulfill their needs. Eddie was blessed with four daughters, Angela, Rhonda, Phyllis, and Jana. Another blessing for Eddie was the gift of ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, Jason, Stuart, Brinson, Chase, Kiel, Kevin, Courtney, Bobbi, Kelsi, and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Rylian and Madylin, Hank, Caden and Karis, Jaden, Blakely and Grayson, Ryder and Asher.
Eddie was employed for 30 years at Bell Helicopter working his way up to Supervisor in the Bonding Department. At age 17, he joined the United States Coast Guard and served for 3 years during the Korean War.
Eddie was a life-long fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Eddie was a member of the Free Masons and Shriner’s International.
Eddie passed away on January 28, 2017 in Arlington, Texas. He is survived by his devoted wife of almost 45 years, Linda Wilson; Sister, Marlana (Pat) McKittrick; Children, Angela (Bill) Wright, Rhonda (Paul) Holliday, Phyllis (Kyle) Sayers, and Jana Clark; grandchildren, Jason Wright, Stuart Wright, Brinson Holliday, Chase Clark, Kiel Holliday, Kevin Holliday, Courtney Mullin, Bobbi Hilliard, Kelsi Clark, and Matthew Sayers; great-grandchildren, Rylian and Madylin, Hank, Caden and Karis, Jaden, Blakely and Grayson, Ryder and Asher; beloved dog, Muggins, and a host of extended family and friends. Services were held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, Texas. Eddie was laid to rest in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas.
Eddie was an individual who will be remembered by his family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Eddie leaves behind him a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life he touched will always remember Eddie Wilson.

Edward Allen Wilson, 84, entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 28, 2017. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 12:30p.m. at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Eddie was born to Floyd and Nola Belle Wilson on November 3, 1932. At age 17, he joined the United States Coast Guard and served for 3 years during the Korean War.
