A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Graveside in the Bluebonnet Hills Mausoleum Chapel at 2:00p.m with presentation of Military Honors.
Wes, as he was lovingly known, was born to parents, Harry Gaston Gardner and Ruby Scarborough Gardner. He was very proud of his years of service to his country. He proudly served for more than 20 years in the Unites States Air Force, retiring as a Master Sergeant. Wes had a love for animals and had many beloved dogs throughout the years.
Wes is survived by his loving wife, Edna May Gardner; half sisters, Donna Renn Williams and Valerie Paige Mansell ; nephews, Tim R. Williams, Bryan M. Williams and Duane P. Williams; his wife’s son, James (Jim) Stephen Capes and his beloved dog Carly. Wes is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Betty Jane Williams.
