Gerald Bradford Clark Jr.

Brad was born June 7, 1956 in Greenville to Gerald and Mary Clark. He was the oldest of three brothers. Brad graduated from Greenville High School. He married Debra Newkirk in 1978 and together they had two sons, Gregory and Raymond. Brad worked as an electronic technician for the United States Post Office beginning in 1985 until his retirement in 2022. His most treasured work was being a loving husband, father and grandfather. This came with many responsibilities not limited to gas pumping, coffee making, hotel booking, throwing partner, on-call handyman, taxi driver, bag carrying, chef and proud sports spectator. Brad had a servant heart and spent his days putting the needs of others above his own. He was always more than willing to lend a helping hand and went the extra mile without hesitation. His favorite responses to requests was “Whatever you need me to do,” and his favorite response to thanks was, “It was my pleasure.” It truly was his delight to care for his family and friends.

Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Mary Clark.

Survivors: Wife of 45 years, Debra Clark of Keller; son, Gregory Baird Clark and wife, Kristi of New York; son, Raymond Matthew Clark, and wife, Megan of Southlake; “son” Hurley Moon and wife Alexandra of Missouri; brother, Alan Brian Clark and wife, Ellen, of Quinlan; brother, John Brook Clark of Dallas; 19 grandchildren Grace, Jacob, Ruby, Myer, Mavis, Janie, Brandin, Rex, Minnie, Raaya, Sophia, Olivia, Hannah, Hayden, Hunter, Rosie, Josh, Mia, John Luke; and many other family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 12:15-1:15 pm on Thursday, December 21, 2023, Church at the Cross, 3000 William D. Tate; Grapevine, Texas 76051. Funeral Service will be at 1:30 pm at Church of the Cross followed by burial at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park; 5725 Colleyville Blvd.; Colleyville, Texas 76034
