Glenda was the most loving and devoted mother, wife, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her two daughters Cheryl Bizien and Stephanie Ingersoll and her two son-in-law’s, Marcel Bizien and Todd Ingersoll. Her legacy will be carried on by them and her four grandchildren, Anastasia Stahmann, Hadley Ingersoll, Cooper Ingersoll, Anders Hansen, as well as her great-grandchild Georgia Ingersoll.
During her exceptional life, her most impressive career accomplishment was receiving the Who’s Who of Women of America award when she worked at the World Trade Centers in New York City, and where she wrote the manual for Nuclear Document Control.
Above all else, family was her greatest joy. Nothing brought her more happiness than being with her children and grandchildren. She created a welcoming environment in her home for friends and family, and ensuring all that entered felt special and attended to.
Glenda was raised as a pastor’s daughter in the Assembly of God Church. She played the piano, accordion, and sang beautifully in the choir. Faith in God was central to her life from birth to her passing.
Her passions were interior design, fashion, the arts and of course shopping! Curious by nature, she read avidly, was open minded and continually seeking knowledge.
Graveside services for Glenda will be held Monday, July 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd. Colleyville, Texas, 76034.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.bluebonnethills.com for the Gellar family.
