Glenda was born June 3, 1953, in Dallas, TX. She graduated from RL Turner High School in Dallas, TX.
Glenda had a career spanning fifty years with State Farm Insurance. She had a passion for her grandbabies, the ocean, traveling (to Italy), shopping, and her Mercedes SL 550.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bert and Willie Elsey and her two brothers, BF and Larry Elsey.
Glenda is survived by her two daughters, Desiree Long and Scarlett Favors (Shane), and her three granddaughters, Mackenzie, Kaylen, and Karleigh.
