

John Molder was born July 6, 1937, and went home on February 18, 2021. He was born in Ft. Worth, Texas and graduated from Northside High school in 1957. His first job was at the Ft. Worth Stockyards unloading cattle cars. He rodeo'd throughout high school and made quite a name for himself and went on to become a professional bull rider. He went on to work for the Ft. Worth School District as manager of the districts HVAC refrigeration department. He was triple certified as a plumber, electrician, AC and refrigeration, and was a welder. He especially loved horses, and kept and trained race horses. He was also a savvy car guy, who loved to buy and sell cars on his tote the note car lot. He was a true jack of all trades, a loving, generous father who was always there to assist and help anyone in need of any of his many talents. He lived a full, colorful and extraordinary life, and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. John is survived by son Jim Molder and wife Emma, son Scott Molder and wife Julie. His grandchildren, James Molder and wife Jessica, John (Jake) Molder and wife Angela, Aaron Molder, and Meredith Molder, and great granddaughter Leah Molder, and many more family and friends. Graveside service will be at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park on Saturday, March 6, at 12:30pm.
