

Joshua James Coleman, 25, of Tampa, FL, passed away on August 25, 2025. He was born in Bedford, TX, on August 2, 2000. He spent most of his childhood in Keller, TX, before graduating from Fairfield High School in Fairfield, TX, in 2019.
Josh worked as a Sales Associate in Tampa, after spending time working in the oil fields in West Texas. He also worked in the Food Service industry for several years. In addition, he completed the Fire Academy at McLennan Community College in Waco, TX.
Josh was very passionate about his outdoor hobbies, including fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed riding his e-bike throughout the Tampa Bay area and living the Florida lifestyle.
Josh is survived his parents, Brad Coleman and Rachel Latham, his stepfather, Wade Latham, and his sister, Abigail Coleman of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, FA and Carolyn Coleman, and his maternal grandparents, Richard and Joelene Beebe, along with his Aunt and Uncle, Hollie and Skeeter Reeves, and his cousins Brenden, Bryce, and Brady Reeves, as well as his Aunt and Uncle, Tracy and Keith Menefee, and his cousins Macy and Megan Stephens.
Josh had a loving heart and was always available to help anyone in need. He loved his family dearly and was a great friend to all. His life was too short, but he made a big impact on people during the years that he did have. He will be greatly and profoundly missed by all of those that he leaves behind.
A viewing will be held on Friday, September 12, from 5:00-8:00pm at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, TX. A funeral service will be held at Bluebonnet on Saturday, September 13, at 10:00am. The service will be immediately followed by a Celebration of Life reception at Bluebonnet from 11:00am- 1:00pm. For those who wish to attend, burial will be at Cade Cemetery in Wortham, TX, at 3:00pm that afternoon. It is found near Streetman, approximately one mile West of Interstate 45 and down Farm Road 246.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any memorial gifts be made to Cade Cemetery for its upkeep and beautification. A donation box will be available at the reception, as Cade can only accept checks or cash as donations. Alternatively, a check can be mailed to Cade Cemetery’s mailing address, which is 826 FM 246, Wortham, TX, 76693.
