She was born in Fort Worth, Texas in July 29, 1959.
Juliet graduated in 1977 from LD Bell High school where she received her high school diploma.
She was a member on the Rainbows and Eastern Star when she was younger.
She is survived by her brother Jim Toler, sister-in-law Kristi Toler, her daughter Rachel Graham (McMahon), Timothy McMahon, Edward McMahon, Robert McMahon, and her 6 grandchildren, 4 from Rachel: Laura, Sam, Ben, and Aodhan. And 2 from Edward; Jeremy, and Elani.
A memorial service will be held at St. Philips Presbyterian Church in Hurst, Texas at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family asks to make donations in her name to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, American Brain Foundation or The Bluefield Project.
