He was born in Rotan, Texas on September 1, 1937 and graduated Hobbs High School. He married Ava Jean Highett Masters on January 8, 1980.
LeRoy worked for Fiat Allis for approximately 15 years, then moved forward to other places. He was a member of Gateway Church and involved with the Prime Time class. He had a passion for family history and genealogy.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ava Masters; parents, Alice and Roy Masters; brothers, Richard Masters and Larry Masters and a granddaughter, Sarah (Master) Crosslin.
LeRoy is survived by children, Carl (Brigitte) Jackson, Daren (Mary) Masters, Sr., Renee (Larry) Roachelle, Dalen Masters, Shannon Aldrich and Susan Jackson; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
