Marcos Gallegos

Marcos Gallegos passed away peacefully on January 16, 2015. He was 78 years old. The funeral service will be held at Blue Bonnet Hills Funeral Home in Colleyville, TX on January 20, 2015 with the viewing at 1:00pm and service at 3:00pm. He was born June 17, 1936 in Ranger, Tx and raised in Cisco, TX. He was captain of his football and track teams in High School and was a diehard Lobos fan. He served in the Navy 4 years as radio operator, stationed in the Philippines. He married Kay May 7, 1967 and created a beautiful and loving blended family. He founded Texas Seal Supply August 1971 and with much hard work and dedication he grew the company to be a successful business providing a legacy for his entire family. He was a very generous and caring man to all. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing, Texas Rangers baseball and Dallas Cowboys football. Survived by: wife - Kay; children - Carol Ortega and husband Tim; Becky Ferrell and husband James; Robert Gallegos and wife Sharon; sister - Cindy Herrera and grandchildren - Candace, Terry, Mallori, Christopher, Weston, Marcos, Elliot, Autumn, Alana, James, Ashley, Brittany and 10 great grandchildren. Preceding him in death: Mother - Rosa Gallegos; Father - Jose Gallegos and Brother - Herbert Gallegos
