On 26 June 2017, Michael Glenn Hall passed away, family and friends at his bedside. Mike was born on 29 November 1956 in Fort Worth, the second child of Mary Kathleen Hall (Cunningham) and Harold Neal Hall. He was playful and mischievous in childhood and humorous and generous in adulthood. Following his father and brother, David, into construction, he was an expert concrete man. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs. He loved nature and the outdoors acquiring a vast knowledge through his own observations and experience. He was known to be able to spot a tiny green bug on a leaf across his garden. With his wife Debbie, he established a home in Hutto, Texas. There his daughters Sarah and Hannah, the center of his heart, were born. Receiving a love for the Catholic faith from his mother, he directed his children towards a Christian faith to guide them. For his siblings he provided an example of undeterred determination towards independence and represented humility in its most natural form. He will be deeply missed. The family wishes to thank the staff of H-E-B Hospital for their kindness and support, especially nurses Larry and Brianna, and Dr. Mann. Thanks also to Vanderbilt University Medical Center staff for whom Mike felt a deep affection and respect. He is survived by his mother, Mary Kathleen Hall (Cunningham); his daughters Sarah Kathleen Hall and Hannah Roylene Hall; granddaughter, Lacey Kathleen Hall; his wife, Deborah Aileen Hall (Bartz); his brother, David Wayne Hall, and; three sisters, Vivian Ann Haile (Hall), Leah Teresa Johnson (Hall), and Mary Louise Skeleton (Hall), and; many aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; grandnieces and grandnephews. He loved all, and was loved by all. Funeral service will be celebrated on 22 July 2017 at 10:00 am at Bluebonnet Cemetery Chapel, 5725 Colleyville Blvd. Colleyville, Texas 76034. His ashes will be spread in a private ceremony at Lake Whitney, Texas. A Catholic Mass in Mike’s name will be celebrated on 1 October 2017 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Bedford, Texas.
