Naomi J Hixon

Naomi was born in 1935 in Godley, Texas to Earleen and Thomas Crosier. Naomi graduated from Pittsburg Senior High in 1954 and worked as a receptionist at a life insurance office in Fort Worth.

She was a member of the Airport Church of Christ for over 40 years. Naomi was extremely loved and she will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Earleen, her birth Father, Thomas Crosier and also Judson Waggoner who lovingly took over the role of husband to Earleen and father to Naomi at the age of 6 following the death of Thomas Crosier.

Naomi is survived by her loving children Michael Hixon and wife, Melissa, Karen Eastman and husband, Dennis and Michelle Star and husband, Peter; Brother, John Waggoner and wife, Sue; Grandchildren, Justin Moore, Russell Hixon, Jon Hixon and wife, Sherree, Kelli Doty and husband, Taylor, Rebecca Martz and husband, Jonathan, Sarah Zemen, Melissa Riggan and husband, Aaron, Brian Eastman and wife, Kacey, Calvin Eastman and wife, Evelyn and Marissa Star; 15 (+1 in July) great grandchildren and also many more loving extended family members.

As Judson Waggoner always said at all the family gatherings "And to think this all started with a kiss".

A visitation for Naomi will be held Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034. A funeral will occur Sunday, June 22, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Airport Freeway Church of Christ, 210 Airport Fwy, Euless, TX 76039. A committal will occur Monday, June 23, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034.
