

Phil Bailey Boozefighter Scrappy In 2002 Chapter 39 patched in their very first prospect. Boozefighter Scrappy. Scrappy was a member of 39 for several years, where he then departed to become a Charter Member of 63, To where to this day Scrappy has remained the Charter Holder. Scrappy has always been an active member of the Boozefighters MC. Scrappy held the position of National Rep for Northern Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. With this position in the club Scrappy has made great reports with many of the OutLaw motorcycle clubs in DFW, Oklahoma and Louisiana due to his no BS attitude and just call it like it is. No grey area all black or white! In Scrappy's Boozefighters life he would never turn down an opportunity to help out our military vets. One of his favorite charities was helping with Wounded Warriors. The real heroes of our time! Scrappy is a true Man, Brother and BOOZEFIGHTER. A TRUE BROTHER A TRUE Original Wild One forever!!!
Phil was born on July 9, 1964 in Mountain View, CA and passed away on May 24, 2014. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Donna of Euless, TX; father, Mike Bailey of Euless, TX; paternal grandmother, Kathleen Bailey of Lubbock, TX; aunts and uncles, Suzy and Carl Bailey of Alexandria, VA, Charlotte and Tim Bailey of Austin, TX, Terri Welch of Belton, TX, Debbie Bailey of Carlsbad, NM, and Susan and Bob Bailey of Lubbock, TX; cousins, Christopher Bailey of Alexandria, VA; Laura and Nes Weigand or New York, NY, Caroline Bailey of Alexandria, VA; Steven Bailey of Austin, TX; Ben and Veronica Welch of Glen Rose, Texas; Katy Welch of Midland, TX; Tyler Bailey of Carlsbad, NM; Paige and Jacob Bailey of Edmond, OK; Rachel Bailey of Oklahoma City, OK; second cousins, Morgan and Cason Crozier of Midland, TX; Brandon Welch of Glen Rose, TX and Mason Bailey of Edmond, OK.
