Raymond Lee Barsanti was born July 14, 1941 in Scotia, California to the late Louie Barsanti and Mary Bellum Barsanti. Ray passed away on September 22, 2021 with his loving wife at his side. In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Barsanti and grandsons, Joshua and Jeromy Barsanti.
Raymond was a proud veteran of the Army, serving in the 101st Airborne. While he was in the service, he was stationed in Fort Campbell, KY where he met his lovely wife, Tina Taylor and raised three wonderful children, Brenda, Randy and Rusty.
Ray worked as a customer service supervisor for 38 years before retiring from American Airlines in 2003. He then was able to do all things he really enjoyed…like gambling, cruising and going to ALL his grandkids activities and sporting events.
Ray is survived by his wife of 58 years, Tina, his daughter Brenda Roney and husband Brad, son Randy and wife Dalana, son Rusty and wife Melissa, brothers Jimmy and wife Linda, Mickey and wife Wendy, sister Katie Cox and husband Ken, grandchildren Brooke and Ben Roney, Taylor, Collin, Harrison and Riley Barsanti, Kelsey Thayer (Joe), Sam and Zach Barsanti and great grandchildren Levi and McCoy Thayer.
