

Robert J. Toth, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on August 10th, 2025. His life was one marked by kindness, generosity, and a joyful spirit that touched all who knew him.
Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Robert grew up with strong values of hard work that guided him throughout his life. He later raised his own family in Los Angeles, California, where his love and dedication created a home filled with laughter, stories, and lasting memories.
Robert cherished nothing more than time spent with family. Whether gathered around the table playing games, sharing stories, or filling the room with laughter from one of his jokes, he brought joy to every occasion. His gift for storytelling and playful humor made him the heart of every gathering.
Robert was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, always cheering on his team with loyalty and passion. His love for the team was another one of the many ways he shared his joy with his family and friends.
Beyond his family, Robert was especially proud of the career he built with UPS. He began as a driver and quickly earned the nickname “crazy legs” due to delivering packages in record time. Through determination and commitment, he earned many promotions over the years, which is what brought Robert and his family to Texas.
Robert was instrumental in expanding operations and bringing UPS to the Southwest Region. His colleagues and family alike admired his strong work ethic, his humor, and the pride he took in every role he held. Robert didn’t just build work relationships, he built a work family.
A man of deep compassion, service, and faith, he volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, using his hands and heart to help build homes for those in need. His generosity extended to many charities and causes close to his heart. Robert always gave with the hope of making life a little better for someone else.
Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Mary; daughter Denise Jordan; sons in-law Gerald Jordan and Gary Moore.
He is survived by his daughters, Terri and husband, Jerry Wilson, and Shannon Moore; his granddaughter, Jennifer and husband, Rob Luu; his two great-granddaughters, Ava and Alexandra; his brother Paul Schermann and wife, Cathy, and many nieces and nephews, each of whom carry forward his spirit of kindness and love.
A visitation for Robert will be held Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville, TX 76034.
A funeral will occur Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 1:30 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home.
