Samuel Clayton Morgeson

Samuel Clayton Morgeson, age 89, of Colleyville, Texas, passed away on March 5, 2026.

He was born in Oklahoma City, OK on February 11, 1937.

Samuel graduated from Northeast High School in 1955 and immediately signed up for the Airforce, where he served 4 years and learned his trade in the aircraft industry.

He was married to Racheal Mae Bragg on April 9, 1960.

Samuel worked/had a career in aviation for Dallas Aeromotive after discharge from the Airforce and then worked for Texas International and retired from American Airlines July 1, 1997.

He was a member of the Grapevine Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Racheal, his daughter, Sherry Hyde, his son, Randal Morgeson, his granddaughter, Erin Hyde, and his sister, Shirley Cloud.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in memory of Sam.

Visitation will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034, US, on March 21, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.

A Funeral Service will take place at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 COLLEYVILLE BLVD, COLLEYVILLE, TX 76034, US, on March 21, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.

Graveside services will be held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034, US, on March 21, 2026, following the Funeral Service.
