She was born in Alice, TX on August 27, 1949. She graduated from South Oak Cliff in 1968. She married Mark Simpson in November 1, 1975. Sandy had a career in the insurance business with State Farm. She was a past member of PTA's and had a passion for sewing and quilting.
She is survived by her husband, Mark; daughters, Angela Spiewak and husband, Michael and Stephanie Simpson; grandchildren, Austin Seelye, Madison Seelye, Tanner Seelye, Parker Seelye and Peyton Seelye.
