

He was born on December 11, 1943, while his parents (Normal and Muriel Brosette) were stationed at the Naval Base in Gulfport, Mississippi during World War II.
Victor grew up in Dallas, Texas and attended Kimball High School. He went to the University of Texas at Arlington where he studied Engineering. While he was going to school, he started a lengthy career doing design work in the Aerospace Industry beginning with LTV and included Bell Helicopter, Northrup Gruman, and Triumph.
He was continually active in the Grapevine Wine Pouring Society working at Grapefest and other activities associated with the City of Grapevine. He also loved folk dancing (Leikarringen) in the Norwegian Society of Texas, Midnattsolen Chapter including a performance in Norway. Victor enjoyed working on old cars, shooting, hunting, fishing, boating, and buying collectable items. Spending time with his extended family was also a priority for him.
Victor was proceeded in death by his parents Normal and Muriel Brosette. He is survived by his sister Camille Brosette of Duncanville, Texas; brother Galen (Barbara) Brosette of Joshua, Texas; and brother Kevin (Paulette) Brosette of Grapevine, Texas; his nephews Justin Brosette, Ryan (Jenna) Brosette, Eric Brosette, Shawn (Heather) Brosette, and Nathaniel Brosette. Grandniece and nephews included Nicole Brosette, Blake Brosette, Peyton Brosette, and Barrett Brosette.
The Memorial Service will be at Calvary Lutheran Church on Saturday March 2, 2024, 7620 Baker Blvd., Richland Hills, TX 76118 at 11:00 AM. A lunch and gathering will be held in the Fellowship Hall after the service. Everyone is welcome. Memorial donations can be sent to Calvary Lutheran Church.
