Charlie Freites, 28, of Collierville, TN. Passed away on Tuesday, January 5th, 2016. He is survived by his sons Troy and Conner Freites, parents Johnny and Kathy Freites, his grandparents Vilas Secrist and Marina (Ronald) Windel, sister Sara Freites, aunt Linda (Roy) Dwyer, and nieces Jessica and Kaitlyn Dwyer. Charlie was a self-taught musician. He served in the U.S. Army and did a tour of service in Iraq. He was named after his late grandfather Charles Fulton Secrist, Jr. The family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday, January 9th from 3-4pm with a Memorial service at 4pm at Collierville Funeral Home, 534 West Poplar.
