There are not many opportunities that we may have to witness what unconditional love truly looks like- it has always been so evidently clear and without question how much this dear lady was loved by her family.  Christa and I have been friends for many, many years and she has always been like a little sister to me.  "Soul Sista's" is how we defined our relationship as both of us are only children and could relate on some many levels.

Christa, you exemplify the true meaning of selflessness, commitment and dedication with taking care of your precious mother and being such a poignant part of her journey during this most delicate time.  No words will ever be able to express how deeply sorry I am for your loss and how much my heart is hurting for you, the girls and Bill.

May God's mercy and ever present love continue to carry you through the difficult days ahead.  I know Whitney was waiting to welcome your mom into Heavens gates singing at the top of her lungs... "I wanna dance with somebody"...

Mrs Jackie rocked my sweet baby boy Cameron to sleep at Totally Kids back in 1999. She was an amazing lady. So sweet and kind and loved all of those babies! I spoke to her about 6 months ago and we shared memories from way back then. She has a special place in my heart. Many prayers for comfort and peace for her family. 

Jackie was a very special loving friend and caregiver to many children, will not forget the attention she gave to many families, and she will remain in the hearts of many for years to come. I know she was greeted lovingly by her savior. Rest In Peace my friend

Jackie and I often exchanged cards on holidays to express to each other how valuable our friendship was. We would try to pick the "perfect" one. She always sent "Hallmark" cards because like the commercial, she cared to send the very best. I have kept every card.  Keeping in touch was always important to us. We talked on the phone  often, if not daily. One of our funniest moments dealt with when she first learned to text. She had a flip phone and I had a smart phone. She got one of her granddaughters to teach her how to text. She called my home phone to see if I had gotten her message. I hurried and checked my cell phone, and there was her text. It was even signed Your BFF( stood for Best Friend Forever). When I saw that BFF, I texted back very impressed and said, "Wow, you've become so text savvy". Those 3 letters still resonate with me today, because though gone, she is still with me in spirit. We will "forever" be best friends. So I am happy that she finally got her wings and is living a glorious life in heaven. Because my "BFF" deserves it.  Jackie & Shelia...BFFs

You were such a loving friend and mentor!  
We shared many a story of our love for our families and the children placed in our care at  our work place. I will miss you, my fellow “silver slipper”.


Ms. Jackie was a dear sweet lady to me and great friend to my grandmother. We always had a running joke about her not having cable tv and how astonished I was  when I was a young guy and went to 'fix' her tv for her. I would always ask her from then on , "Ms. Jackie, have you gotten cable tv yet? " She would always laugh at me and say "not yet ! " I know your at peace now and with Mr. Bob again in heaven. My prayers are with Christa and her family. Ms. Jackie will be missed and I pray you find comfort in knowing how many people loved her!
