James Allen Dutton

James Allen Dutton, 51, of Collierville, went to be with the Lord on January 28, 2012. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 31, and funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, all at Collierville Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery. Allen was a graduate of Collierville High School and he worked for many years at Carrier Corporation. He was a longtime member of Collierville First Baptist Church and was an avid musician. Allen is survived by his wife of 28 years, Beth Dutton; his mother, Rita Claybaugh of Lady Lake, FL; his father, Albert C. Dutton, Jr. of Knoxville, TN; 2 brothers, David A. Dutton of Maryville, TN and Anthony C. Dutton of Spokane, WA; and numerous other family members. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
