

Percy Walter McCullers, 91, of Germantown, Tennessee passed away peacefully on February 22, 2017. His parents, Walter Obediah and Clara Pearl McCullers; brothers, Robert L. McCullers and Cecil T. McCullers and his wife, Kathleen, preceded Mr. McCullers in death; his daughters, Sandra McCullers Marshall and Lorraine McCullers Waters; his sons-in-law, David Marshall and Joey Waters; his grandchildren, Ian Marshall, Taylor Marshall Davis, and Jennifer Marshall Gaines; as well as his great-grandchildren, Carys, Preston, and Ella survive him. Mr. McCullers was born in Sulphur Springs, Florida. He served his country in the Merchant Marines and United States Air Force. His time in the military allowed him to travel the world which he loved and had fond memories. He also enjoyed cooking for his family and RV camping. In later life, Mr. McCullers was the owner-operator of a Trucking Company in Orlando, Florida. Most of all, he loved his family. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warrior Project are requested in the name of Percy Walter McCullers. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date at West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Memphis, Tennessee.
