I'm not sure why I did a search for Randy today, but I was saddened to see this.  He hired me for my first job at RPS long ago, and was always there to help me along my career path.  I couldn't have asked for a better guy to help me along.  Rest In Peace, Randy.

I was sorry to hear the news about Randy. He was a friend and mentor to me while at RPS/FedEx Ground. Every time I spoke to Randy he always had something nice to say about his family and the plans they had for the weekend. He will be missed.

I worked with Randy at YRC, and spent a lot of time with him on joint projects, and traveling together.  He always spoke so deeply and faithfully about family, and that was very important to him.  When we spoke after his illness, he was so firmly resolved to be positive, focused on taking care of others around him, not himself.  My thoughts and prayers go to his family at this time.

We met many years ago, took family trips together with our parents, attended church & youth together. My prayers for the whole family, Mamma Gene all our Love and God's comfort be yours and the whole family. I Love you all.

My condolences go out to Randy's family and friends. I worked with Randy at YRC and admired his tenacity and work ethic. I got to know Randy more on a professional than personal basis. Seeing the photos of Randy fishing, it struck me that Randy has already spent some time in God's country, and will spend each day there, patiently awaiting his loved ones to join him.
