Stanley M. Rybczyk

Stanley M. Rybczyk, 95, of Memphis, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016. Mr. Rybczyk was born and raised in Chicago, IL and was a WWII U.S. Marine Veteran who served in the Pacific Theater. He was Retired from Ryerson Steel in Chicago and was a member of Forever Young. Mr. Rybczyk was also a founding member of CRS at Church of the Incarnation in Collierville, TN. He was also a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus and volunteered his time at the Madonna Learning Center. Mr. Rybczyk was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Dorothy M. Rybczyk and his granddaughter, Jennifer M. Rybczyk. He is survived by his son, Michael Rybczyk (Kathy), his sister, Millie Barron, his granddaughter, Susan Dowd of Portland, OR and his great-granddaughter, Lily Grace Dowd, also of Portland, OR. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 6, 2016 from 10am until funeral mass begins at 11am, all at St. Brigid Catholic Church, 7801 Lowrance Rd. Memphis, TN 38125. Interment will be Monday, July 11, 2016 in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Madonna Learning Center.
