Vurnis Marie Noe

Vurnis Marie Noe, 86, of Collierville, passed away July 28, 2012. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, and funeral services will follow at 2 p.m., all at Collierville Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery. Born in Collierville on December 19, 1925, Marie graduated from Collierville High School and went to work for NBC Bank, where she proudly worked for more than 40 years. She was a lifelong member of Collierville First Baptist Church and was an avid gardener. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Gladys Noe; and her sister, Margie Noe LeBaron. She is survived by her sister, Betty Noe Rainey; and two nieces, Kimberly Rainey and Susan Rainey.
