William Richard Bice Jr.

William Richard Bice, Jr., age 80, of Collierville, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, Bill “Sonny” was born November 30, 1940 in Anniston, Alabama, to the late Della Bonds Bice Hargraves. He was an Eagle Scout, a graduate of Anniston High School, attended Jacksonville State University, and a veteran of the United States Navy. Bill was a 50-year Mason and past Master of Masonic Lodge #152 F.&A.M. in Collierville. An active member of the Collierville United Methodist Church and Chancel Choir. He was a former Air Traffic Controller, retired from the Shelby County (TN) School Systems.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Melba Thomas Bice; son, Christopher S. Bice (Paula) of Olive Branch, Mississippi; daughter, Jennifer S. Williams (Steve) of Vicksburg, Mississippi; two grandchildren, Stone and Sydney Williams.

A celebration of life service will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 13, 2021, at the Collierville United Methodist Church, 454 W. Poplar Avenue, Collierville, Tennessee.
