Beloved husband of Jacqueline M. Marrero (nee Callahan). Cherished son of predeceased Maria Belin. Devoted father of Haydee Cay Marrero and stepfather of Kenneth Ruediger and his fiancé Nancy Nacocia, Randy Ruediger and his wife Kimberly Lynn Ruediger and Ryan Ruediger and his fiancé Nysaa Barker Rodriguez. Dear brother of Moses Marrero. Loving step grandfather of Gabriel and Olivia Ruediger. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Margaret Callahan and brother-in-laws Joseph Callahan and & Steven Callahan.
Tony, Senior Master Marrero was the Dojo Master at Mighty Fairview Dojo Noble House of Nisei Goju Ryu Karate Do & Jitsu in Camden NJ for more than 20 years. Master Tony earned 5th rank in Ta Kwon Do and 4th ranked Master Yondan Renshi in Nisei Gojo Ryu Karate Dojo and Jitsu. Senior Master Antonio Marrero completed the highest standard, Cutting of the Fire, from the wick of a candle. He was high ranking in Taekwondo forms in weapons and empty hand self-defense. Senior Master Marrero was a member of NJSBBA (New Jersey State Blackbelt Asso.). Tony enjoyed his models of antique cars and planes. He liked camping and was proud to be a veteran, serving with the Marines Corps. Tony was mostly known for his painting. He was a skilled artist. Tony had a very big heart, always putting his wife Jackie first. He will be missed by many.
