Frank "Ace" Holland

Age 88 of Cherry Hill

Peacefully at home on August 19, 2015; beloved husband of the late Carolyn J. Holland (nee VanDoren); father of Karen Holland of Boiling Springs, SC, Kathleen Lannon of Cherry Hill, Colleen Nash of Deltona, FL & the late Kelly Ann Holland; grandfather of Michael & Anthony Cahill, Erica McDonald, Jessica Nash, Kelly Hennessey & Brianna Lannon; great grandfather of 7 & brother of Charles E. Holland, Jr.

Mr. Holland served in the US Navy during WW II and worked for Pennsylvania RR following the War but primarily worked in the paper industry, first with Pro-Art, then Burgoyne & Sons both of Philadelphia. “Ace” enjoyed bowling, golf, word search puzzles and playing cards with his late wife.

Whether at home in Pennsauken, summering in Wildwood or retired in Cape Coral “Ace” was always an avid sports fan.

Funeral Gathering Monday 10 AM in BLAKE-DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 226 Collings Ave., Collingswood. Funeral Service 11 AM. Burial beside his beloved wife at Locustwood Memorial Park.
