Fred was the loving husband of the late Dorothy E. (nee Stratton).
Devoted father of Fred R. , Lisa (Tom) Zercher, Linda (Chuck) Rollins, and the late Dorothyann McGovern.
Grandfather of Jamie, Lisa and James McGovern, and Lucas and Eric Rollins.
He is also survived by his son-in-law Jim (Judy)McGovern.
Fred served in the US Army during peacetime.
He retired from AT&T after 27 years.
Fred was a member of the Laurel Masonic Lodge #237 in Laurel Springs.
