

Santos Suarez, a compassionate, faithful, hard-working, and kind-hearted individual, passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 85. Born on January 21, 1940, in Ceiba, Puerto Rico, Santos was a resident of Lumberton Township, New Jersey.
Santos had a distinguished career, dedicating 20 years to the army as a telecommunication coordinator, where he utilized his skills in code. After his military service, he continued his professional journey working at the census bureau.
He was married to Elena (née Viera) for 42 and a half years, and together they raised their children, Orlando (Joyce) Guzman and Noraida Guzman-King.
In addition to his professional achievements, Santos was a champion and avid bowler, demonstrating his passion and skill in the sport. His commitment to his community was evident through his visits to inmates in prison, where he spread the word of the Lord, offering hope and compassion to those in need.
Santos Suarez will be remembered for his dedication to his family, community, and country. His legacy of kindness and faithfulness will continue to inspire all who knew him.
Family and friends are invited to a funeral service on Thursday, December 4th at 10:30 AM at Blake-Doyle Funeral Home in Collingswood, NJ. Interment to follow at Locustwood Memorial Park in Cherry Hill, NJ.
