

Anna D. Barron passed away peacefully in her sleep, at the age of 91. She is the daughter of Harry F. Davis and Anna (Allerborn) Davis, both deceased. Anna married Thomas E. Barron on October 24, 1953 and enjoyed 54 years of marriage together. They had six children: Thomas H. (Laurie) Barron, Peggy Barron-Johnson, David (Liz) Barron, Richard (Michelle) Barron, Mark (Angie) Barron, Matthew (Emily) Barron, 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Anna was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a devoted, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Anna was a wonderful friend and confidante, grand adventurer, lover of cats, cards, sports and board games. She was a BINGO champion and lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan! Her long, amazing journey on this earth was marked by her endless love, compassion and unwavering faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ. Known for her lovely smile, infectious laugh and kind heart, Anna had an uncanny ability to make everyone feel special. She was the matriarch of her family and a true leader and inspiration to all! Her spirit will live on in the lives she touched.
A visitation will be held on August 14, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and A Celebration of Life will follow on August 14, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Home, located at 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.
A committal service is scheduled for August 20, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Home.
