Born in Cheyenne, Wyoming; Art was a beloved brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his twin brother Mark Gallegos, his sister-in-law Elizabeth (Lisa Gallegos, a nephew, a niece, and 5 great nieces. He has joined his parents Susie and Frank Gallegos in the Gates of Heaven.
