Candace Lee Young, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away peacefully in her home on November 16, 2025. Candace was born on May 15, 1954, to Ralph and Marilyn Young. Candace graduated from Wasson High School.
Growing up in Colorado Springs, Candace loved gardening and tending to her yard. Over the course of her life, she had several cats and dogs that she loved. Candace was also a huge Denver Broncos fan.
Candace retired as a Logistics Government Property Manager at KBR. She also worked at Data General, Honeywell, and Hewlett Packard.
Candace is survived by sons Andrew Young, Nathaniel Young, and Cory Archuletta. Grand daughters Antona Duran and Aniyah Voss. Grand son Jeremiah Archuletta. As well as sisters Lynn Butterfield and Robin Smith. She also had many nieces and nephews.
Candace was preceded in passing by her parents, Ralph and Marilyn Young, and grandson Cory Archuleta Jr.
Memorial services will be held on December 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Swan Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Avenue, with graveside services following at Evergreen Cemetery. All who knew Candace are welcome to attend and celebrate her life.

Candace will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
