“DANNY B. THE MAN WITH A PLAN; THE BLUES MAN!”

This was the way a lot of people knew him. Danny was a life-long resident of Colorado Springs. Danny left this world and entered heaven on Sunday, December 18, 2011. Danny passed away while sleeping peacefully at home, where he lived with his loving wife Sharona Beckley and his 4 spoiled dogs. Danny was proceeded in death by his sister Ruth Perea, his mother Margaret Smith, his father Tom Beckley, and his grandmother Cora Carabal. He is survived by his sister Linda Oxley (husband Ken), brother-in-law Arcenio Perea, wife Sharona Beckley, son Danny Michael Beckley Jr. "D.J.", step-daughters Patty Bochniarz (husband Nick) & Penny Parang (children/grandsons Tyler & Jacob), nieces Nadine Winfrey & Denise Miller, as well as numerous family members including several great nieces & nephews.

Danny B. loved playing guitar & listening to the blues, singing karaoke, spoiling his crazy dogs & enjoyed his collection of pig figurines, and his hat & cane collection. We will all miss him dearly. We know he is with the Lord and his loved ones above playing the blues.

A memorial service followed by a reception will be held to celebrate his life on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 3PM at Mountain View Mortuary located at 2350 Montebello Square Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80918, 719-590-8922. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region in his honor.
