Donny J Whitlock, age 95, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025. Donny was born on January 23, 1930, in Choctaw County, Oklahoma. He graduated from Hugo High School in 1948. He was married to the love of his life, Betty, for almost 71 years. They spent most of their married life in Mesquite, Texas until they moved to Colorado Springs in 1995.
Donny was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, and his parents, James M Whitlock and Sarah Langley Whitlock. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Stanton and her husband, BJ Stanton, grandsons, Spencer Stanton and Stuart Stanton, and great grandchildren, Connor Stanton, Cassidy Stanton, Molly Stanton, Benjamin Stanton, Eli Stanton, and Hannah Stanton.
A graveside service for Donny will be held Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Memorial Gardens Cemetery & Funeral Home, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.
