Survived by 2 sisters, 4 brothers, 1 son; Efrain Ibarra, as well as many uncles and aunts from his native country of Mexico. Preceded by his parents and wife.
He lived a happy-go-lucky life with care of immediate family, wife and kids. He was always a great provider with a heart of gold. Frank was always very talkative and informing the world of all the events on the news radio stations. His trade was a union baker and any other trade related to food service.
We will always have love for Frank as our brother. We’re glad he is resting in peace finally.
