Elizabeth Mary Knopp

She is survived by her son, Stephen Knopp, his wife Mary Jeanne. Her daughters Jennifer Rubick and Catherine Schendzielos. Her grandchildren: Kristy Benner, Holly Johnson, Geoffrey Rubick, Morgan England, Lily Schendzielos, Brendan Knopp, and Gregory Schendzielos.

Elizabeth was an avid gardener, artist and cook. She loved having her grandkids in the kitchen, greenhouse or garden and taught them all she knew.

Married to Thomas for 65 years, they had many adventures over the years living a military life, traveling home to England, various states and numerous trips to Disneyland and exploring California. They spent many happy times with The TBPA (British Wives Club) and made life-long friends.

In the last year or so whenever we asked Mum how she was doing, she would always say "I'm Alright !" no matter how she felt. It made all of us laugh!
