Ervin joined the Army Air Corps in 1948 and served his country for twenty one years. He enjoyed the mountains and watching the Denver Broncos.
He is survived by his beloved wife Loyola, loving children, Deborah and Kelvin Coppock, Mark Schultz, Pearl and Rob Lewis, Tom and Dollie Madrid, Wanda and Jerry Diaz, dear grandchildren Kent Coppock, Kate and Dustin Kaminski, Kelle Schultz, Kassidy Schultz and great grandchildren Devin Kaminski and Daltin Kaminski, his sister Frances Rakowski, his nephew Kenny Laczniak and many wonderful sister and brother in laws and their families.
