

Helga M. Ingram beloved wife passed away on February 3, 2014 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born in Memmingen Germany, August 29, 1944, the second of two girls to the late Wilhelm and Maria Frisch of Memmingen, Germany..
Helga after graduating from high school in1963 obtained a secretarial position with Siemans in Munich, Germany. After a year she decided to perfect her English skills. She obtained a position as a nanny for a family in England and then as a bookkeeper of the largest hotel in Manchester, England. She returned to Memmingen and found a position as an import/export secretary/interrupter for a manufacture of steel cables and ropes and met her future husband. After sixteen years of bouncing all over the United States and Europe she settled in Monument Colorado.
Family and friends were extremely important in her life. She enjoyed vacations to many of the National Parks and Europe. Holidays were always made special because of the details that she followed through with,
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, a devoted husband, John G. Ingram Jr., loving sister Charlotte Bartenshlager of Memmingen, Germany: sister-in-laws Nora Snyder of Tunnelton WV; Denise Kretzmer of Charles Town, WV; Becky Harvey of French Creek, WV; as well as a host of wonderful nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Swan-Law Funeral Directors, 501 North Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs. Visitation will take place 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Private burial will take place at Monument Cemetery, Monument.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80906.
