On the evening of December 15, 2014, at the age of 88, Inezbelle made her transition from those who loved her as a physical being to be reunite with her creator and sovereign God.
Inezbelle was born on May 27, 1926 created by the same God that created the heavens and the earth. Inezbelle loved life itself, loved the sound of music, and was enamored with animals, flowers and birds.
Inezbelle was delivered to Ebbalena and Lee Salladay as eldest of two children in the small town of Colorado Springs. Inezbelle began school at the age of 4 in Drennan School and graduated as valedictorian from Ellicott School in 1944. Inezbelle continued to reside in Ellicott Colorado, where she was known as one of the “Ellicott moms”.

Husband and love of her life – Clemmy Williams; Mother – Ebbalena Salladay; Father – Lee Salladay; Brother – Charles Salladay; Son – Pastor Johnny Williams;
Inezbelle is survived by: Son - Kelly (Barb) Williams; Daughters – Charlotte, Glenda, Kenda and Lotus Williams; Granddaughters – Cheryl (Jonathan) Arcand, Jen Lee (Chris) Welty, Tanisha Garretson, Taryn O’Donnal, Kalee Williams and Nicole Williams; Grandsons - Luke (Kylie) Steers, Derrick Williams and Jonathan (Barb's son); Great Grandchildren –Ashlee Veghte, Izak Williams, Blake O’Donnal, Presley O’Donnal, Kasia and Lyla Elsloo and one on the way, baby boy Welty
Inezbelle was endeared as “mom” and friend to many. Anyone having the good fortunate to know Inezbelle, would agree that her character was one of humility, compassion, loving, kindness and the unselfishly giving of her gifts and talents. Her morals and ethics were beyond approach and were exemplified by how she and Clemmy raised their children. Her outpouring of love bestowed upon everyone, was her greatest attribute. She was talented beyond measure and was an impeccable seamstress, artist, teacher, and musician. Her best loved expression to her children was, “Be Careful.”
The family would be honored by your presence in the “Celebration of Inezbelle’s Life” Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 10:00 am. Gethsemane Christian Fellowship Church, 1628 Babcock Lane, Colorado Springs, CO 80915. Please come and share your favorite story.
Lunch will be served following the celebration. The family asks the attire be respectfully casual and the wearing of her favorites which were bright colors and pink. Private interment will be held December 22, 2014 at Peyton Cemetery.
