James P. Burke was born April 6, 1985 and passed away unexpectedly on December 27, 2011. James was born in Las Cruces, NM and spent most of his life in Colorado Springs. James enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He especially loved being with his daughter Jasmine, who was the constant bright spot in his life. James is survived by his daughter Jasmine; parents, Steven and Sharon; wife, Joy; brothers, Robert, Daniel and Randy; sisters, Michelle, Valerie and Stephanie and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncle and cousins. Visitation will be at Swan Law Funeral Home Monday, January 2, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Swan Law Cascade Chapel with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
