James I. Ramsey 89 of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on September 22, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.

James was born in Naples, Texas on September 30, 1928 to the late Albert and Lydia Ramsey.

He worked most of his life as a truck driver. James served in the United States Air Force from 1950 to 1953.

He is survived by his son; Victor (Sandy) Ramsey, daughter; Sherry Ballentine, brother; Bob Ramsey, as well 7 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in passing by his wife Rose Marie Ramsey and his parents.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO.
