Kay E. Garcia 76 of Colorado Springs, CO. passed away January 2, 2015. A Graveside service will be held, Friday, January 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, located at 3825 Airport Road, Colorado Springs, CO. 80910. Kay is survived by her sister, Laura Robinson and brother, Ray Harper. She is preceded in death by her husband Joe Garcia. Arrangements entrusted to Memorial Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery.
