Born in California. Kevin lived and loved his life in Colorado Springs. He passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully in his home. Preceded in death by beloved parents, Georgia Carol Carter, Fred Lafayette Carter and brother Fred Carter. Survived by his wife, love of his life, Lita Carter and siblings Scott (Erica) Carter and Kristen (Jon) Gambill and the nephews and nieces he adored dearly. He attended Doherty High School and served as a faithful insurance agent for USAA. He was a steady, gentle natured soul, full of unconditional love. He was an avid gamer and a huge movie buff. He will be sorely missed by all those who were privileged to have known him. Heaven will be a little brighter with him and earth a little dimmer without.
