
Lucile M. Schlecht, 78 of Casa Grande, Arizona, formerly of Colorado Springs passed away Monday, November 22, 2010 in Casa Grande. She was born September 24, 1932 in Paris, France to Charles and Andree Barbier Pinck. Lucille attended schools in France, Morocco and North Africa. She was a seamstress, owned Lucile's Knit Knook, was a member of Immanuel's Quilting Group, LWML and enjoyed gardening and sewing.
Lucile is survived by her children Monique Wolske and husband Clee of Tilden, Nebraska; Fredrick Schlecht and Darlene of Omaha, Nebraska; Kathryn Petters and husband Craig of Maricopa, Arizona; Donna Harris and husband Terry of Tracy, California; grandchildren Gary Petters of Wayne, Nebraska, Jay Petters of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Damian Wolske and wife Stacie of Ballwin, Missouri; Felicia Wessel and husband Nick of Omaha, Nebraska; Audrey Harris of Tracy, California, Emily Petters of San Diego, California; great-grandchildren Brandon, Wyatt, Micahel Petters of Wayne, Nebraska; and Morgan Wolske of Ballwin, Nebraska. She is preceded in death by her husband Fred J. Schlecht and great-grandson Keatian Petters.
Visitation will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 846 E Pikes Peak Ave., Colorado Springs with Services following at 2:00 P.M. Burial with be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with a reception to follow at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church Quilters or the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.
