

Michael Peplinski, age 33, passed away unexpectedly on August 9th 2025 in Parker, CO. Michael was born January 27th 1992 near Krakow, Poland where he was adopted by Larry and Bonnie Peplinski. As their first child, he was a true blessing and became a great Big Brother to his sister, Sarah. Michael grew up in Colorado Springs and he loved playing football, camping, hiking, and climbing 14ers. He is an alumnus of The Classical Academy and the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
After graduating, Michael led a career in finance where he helped many families become more secure in their future. He was proud to serve his country in the U.S. Army Reserve for ten years. He was a devoted son, partner, and friend to many and was known for his loyalty, bravery, and willingness to help everyone around him.
Michael was an avid marksman and enjoyed honing his skills. He loved to hunt and was an enthusiastic outdoorsman. When he wasn’t outdoors, he could be found tinkering with anything and everything mechanical, and enjoyed making modifications to his vehicles.
He is survived by his parents Lawrence and Bonnie Peplinski, his sister Sarah Peplinski, fiancée Megan Nelson, Grandmothers Arlene Cipriani and Barbara Collins and her husband Wayne Collins, Grandfather Stanley Peplinski, and Uncles David and Gerald Peplinski.
A celebration of life will be held at Swan-Law Funeral Directors on Thursday, August 21st at 6:00 pm, 501 N. Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs. All are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region.
